The Tallest Animal On Earth

Have you ever wondered what is the tallest animal on Earth?

If your answer is graffiti, whale or even dinosaurs that have already gone extinct, you are wrong. This will prove to you immediately.
What could be the longest animal ever recorded, was recorded on the video for the first time in the coast of Australia, by researchers on the research ship Falkor, where they dived into the depths and valleys of the seas in search of new species and whether it was possible to take advantage of one of these species or not, and from here this great discovery was made and it is a wonderful and strange marine creature with a length of 150 feet and they called it Siphonophora Apolymia and they attributed it to the families of cnidarian relatives

It has proven to be a fruitful journey. The month-long trip, funded by the Schmidt Ocean Institute, came with new large and small species. In fact, it is believed that up to 30 new species have been identified underwater.

The most dramatic is Soliofor Apolymia. Siphons are usually long, thin, and transparent buoys that occupy the open ocean. It emits light to attract potential prey and uses jet propulsion to move through the water. But this time we find that they inhabit the depths of the ocean

Is it one animal or many?

What also distinguishes siphonophore is that it is in fact not a single official organism. Instead, it is a colonial being or in other words it has dominance and control in the places it is located, which is a group of medium and leafy animals that congregate in a functional colony. Different types of zooids have different roles: some of which help in pushing, others with buoyancy, Others for asexual digestion or reproduction. In other words, the functional colony is similar to the town in which each of them has certain states, but this entire town is located inside one body connected with some channels to send messages and food

Indeed, siphonophore reproduces itself, producing a wide range of specialized bodies that are usually genetically identical. Despite the length, the researchers say, the siphon polyphone does not exceed the thickness of a broomstick - a type of fish.

Whether officially considered one living creature or not, it's still a huge discovery by the Schmidt Ocean Institute team. The chief scientist, Dr. Nereida Wilson, explained: "We were suspicious that these deep-sea areas would be diverse, but we were surprised by the importance of what we saw."

The latest discoveries of a task devoted to general knowledge

The group used an underwater craft to complete 20 dives over 181 hours. ROV covered SuBastian to depths of about 15,000 feet - 2.8 miles - and achieved a number of firsts along the way. The campaign witnessed the first giant hydroxide collected in Australia, and Tanning Octopus, a kind of bio-squid, was first observed in Western Australia.

Although there are many investigative endeavors at work around the world's oceans, the Schmidt Ocean Institute Falkor research vessel is unusual in that it is freely available to researchers. In return, they agree to make their discoveries publicly available.
Perhaps you will not understand this article now or today, but you will surely realize the importance of these discoveries sooner or later. Some of these discoveries may one day find part of our daily diet and others will be used for good purposes to treat incurable diseases.
We finally conclude our conversation that what motivates the individual is the passion and what has been successful for this team is his passion for discovering more and putting his mark inside the branches of science

Do not lose your passion.
